alterations to a previously approved development consisting of 400MW electricity generating plant and associated structures, plant and equipment. The alterations that are the subject of this application involve the replacement of the approved water cooling system with an air cooled condenser (approx dimensions 70m x 70m x 34.5m high), increate in size of the approved surface water attenuation pond (by approx 530m2) and the relocation of some associated equipment and structures including the approved pump house. The cooling system is an ancillary use to the permitted power plant.
