windfarm development which has been the subject of a successful previous planning application reference 03510957. This application seeks a ten year permission for the previously permitted development and will consist of: (a) 10 no. wind turbine generators of hub height 80m; (b) Electrical substation & switch station; (c) Proprietary treatment unit & waste water holding tank; (d) Access tracks & buried cable ducts; (e) All associated site works & miscellaneous landscaping & enabling works. It should be noted that an Environmental Impact Statement is submited with this application
a 10 year planning permission for the construction of, and a 40 year operation and subsequent decommission of, a development consisting of a 142.7 hectare solar farm. The proposed solar farm will consist of a series of ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, mounted on steel support structures, 34 no. electrical transformation enclosures, a temporary construction compound, underground cabling, inverters, CCTV poles and cameras, deer type security fencing around the site boundary , landscaping and biodiversity measures and all asscociated ancillary development works , for the purpose of generating renewable energy electricity. A Natura Impact Statement will also be submitted to the Planning Authority in connection with this application
amendment to the design of the previously approved development (Planning Reference: Tipperary County Council 21261), which comprises consent for a 10 year period to construct and a 40 year period to operate a 142.7 hectare Solar PV Energy Development to include (1) slight increase in the height of the Solar PV panels, (2) slight increase in the bottom height of the Solar PV panels off the ground, (3) slight reduction in the spacing of Solar PV rows (strings), (4) slight decrease in size of solar panels, (5) slight increase in the area of transformers/inverters as a result of slight change in dimensions and (6) an increase in the number of solar panels (A Natura Impact Statement will also be submitted)
