The development for Planning Permission will also consist of the reconfiguration and modernisation of the Fairways Hotel including new foyer/ reception area and restaurant (446m²) and part demolition (4,840m²) of the Fairways Hotel complex of hotel buildings. Vehicular access to the proposed development is via the existing entrance (to be upgraded) to the Fairways Hotel off the Dublin Road (R132). The development consists of Retention Permission for an unauthorised access/egress to the Fairways Hotel from Old Golf Links Road, Haggardstown, Dundalk Co. Louth, to serve as a service access for the proposed development.
