(b) full planning permission is now sought for the ongoing aforementioned change of use from retail shop to takeaway. This permission shall be for an indefinite period of time. Permission to include for existing connections to services, signage in accordance with Kildare County Council standards and all associated development works. All development as described above is located within the Monasterevin Architectural Conservation Area (ACA)
