for the following: (a) retention permission for the temporary use of a retail unit previously granted permission under Pl. Ref.91/231, to be used as a fast food outlet for a duration of 5 years. Permission for this temporary change of use was granted under Pl. Ref. 15/1025 and the period under which the use as a fast food outlet was permitted expired on the 23/09/2021. (b) full planning permission is now sought for the ongoing aforementioned change of use from retail shop to takeaway. This permission shall be for an indefinite period of time. Permission to include for existing connections to services, signage in accordance with Kildare County Council standards and all associated development works. All development as described above is located within the Monasterevin Architectural Conservation Area (ACA)
