Retention permission of hedge maze, 5762m², 2.5m high plus adjacent perimeter crazy golf facility, 1132m². EXTENSION of use of existing home office building (75m² home office previously granted under reg. ref. 07/2626 to include 68 m² of maze reception area, tea room and toilet facility with no additional floor area or new build required to accommodate the proposal. PLANNING PERMISSION for new vehicular entrance/exit from/to L7095-0 Prosperous to Staplestown Road plus related carparking, new waste water treatment system and integrated percolation area to serve the facility, 910m² display gardens, 1991m² pets corner and associated animal paddock, 1145m² childrens play area, adjacent timber panel maze 895m2, 2.0m high timber lookout tower 34m², 7.05m high centrally located within hedge maze plus landscaping, associated signage and drainage works all ancillary to maze facility - all on 1.685 hectare site at Ballinafagh, Prosperous, Naas, Co. a)141 sq.m of building (4.40m high) including shop serving area, seating area, children’s party room, toilets, store room including associated ancillary services, all attached to the rear of our existing amenity facility building on site and b) field gate/temporary overflow carpark entrance-exit from the L7095-0, Prosperous to Staplestown Road.
