a)141 sq.m of building (4.40m high) including shop serving area, seating area, children’s party room, toilets, store room including associated ancillary services, all attached to the rear of our existing amenity facility building on site and b) field gate/temporary overflow carpark entrance-exit from the L7095-0, Prosperous to Staplestown Road. In addition, Planning Permission is sought for a)the additional use of the above-mentioned “seating area & children’s party room area” (measuring 64 sq.m) as a Montessori facility during the school calendar period, plus 300 sq.m outdoor designated play space associated with the Montessori use b) 770sq.m temporary overflow car park including associated ancillary services
