Development Description: the development consists of a new modular computer server suite to the south of the existing administration building as described hereunder. The development consists of a proposed single-storey computer server suite sized approximately 195 square metres and approximately 3.4 metres high and located to the south of the existing administration building and to the east of the existing manufacturing site.
