a proposed single storey extension to the existing mens locker room of the employee services building. The proposed extension will extend northwards and westwards from the existing building and will occupy an area of 358sq metres.
construction of a new single storey extension to the north of the existing Dry End building Factory 01 and the associated site works including the demolition and refurbishment of the interior of the existing locker room and supervisor's office at their existing facility
an extension to the existing Research and Development and Formulation Building. construction of a proposed three-storey pilot plant manufacturing facility sized approximately 3,266 square metres and approximately 20.75 metres high and located and linked to the existing factory 03 manufacturing building and located south of the O.S.D. manufacturing facility, currently under construction (ref. 20/693). This application consists of a development for an activity for which a licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended by the Protection of the Environment Act 2003) is required. An Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR) and a Natura Impact Statement (NIS) accompany this planning application. This is a site to which the Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards involving dangerous Substances) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 209 of 2015) applies
