construction of an extension to an existing utility building to enclose existing vessel, maintenance platform, access stair & associated equipment. This application refers to a development on a site that carries out an activity for which an Industrial Emissions License under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended) is required and where the Major Accident Directive applies
an extension to the existing Research and Development and Formulation Building. The proposed development will comprise a total gross floor area of c.6400 sqm including (i) a new three-storey extension to the northern elevation of the existing Research & Development and Formulation Building, to be developed in two blocks, and to a maximum height of 19.94m (ii) 30 no. new permanent car parking spaces; (iii) a temporary construction compound and contractors parking area to support the development; (iv) all associated site development and ancillary works, including local modifications to internal site roads, footpaths, underground drainage and utility services, realignment of internal fencing, and provision of a new storm water attenuation tank. This application refers to a development on a site that carries out an activity for which an Industrial Emissions licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended) is required and where the Major Accident Directive applies
the development of a new purified water utility (PuW) building. The development will consist of: i) a new purified water utility (PuW) building with two no. levels, to provide a gross floor area of approximately 281 square meters and a maximum height of 15.0 meters at the building stair core; ii) all associated site development and ancillary works including modifications to footpaths, drainage and utility services, service connections to existing high-level piperacks and landscaping works. The proposed development is located on a site that operates under an existing Industrial Emissions (IE) Licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended for the Protection of the Environment Act, 2003).
