Development Description:
construction and operartion of an extension (383m2 approximately) to the southern elevation of the existing Factory 01 Production Building at its existing plant. The purpose of the proposed extension is to carry out research and develop new pharmacutical processes by the addition of a filter dryer and associated production equipment. The developement will comprise an extension on the South East corner of the existing Factory 01 over 3 storeys (10.2 mx8m approximately in plan on the ground and first floors and 10.2m x 10.5m approximately in plan on the second floor) to the same height as the existing Factory 01 building, new external rooftop plant over the extension, an emergency escape stairs (3.80m x10.0m approximately) at the south east of the proposed extension, a seperate single storey MCC Building (14 m sq approximately) to the south of the proposed extension, diversion of existing undergroud services to provide for the proposed development ,extension of and tie ins to the existing weak process drainage system, footpaths and hardstandings and all associated on site infrastructure required to serve the proposed development. The proposed development relates to the extension of an industrial facility to which the major Accident Dierctive applies. The proposed development is for the purposes of an activity which requires an Intergrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC) Licence

construction of an extension to an existing utility building to enclose existing vessel, maintenance platform, access stair & associated equipment. This application refers to a development on a site that carries out an activity for which an Industrial Emissions License under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992 (as amended) is required and where the Major Accident Directive applies
an extension to the existing Research and Development and Formulation Building.
