for modifications to the development of an off-line motorway service area as granted under permission NTCC Ref. 12/51/0421/ ABP Ref. PL 22.242361, at this site of c. 0.0216Ha. The proposed modifications will consist of the change of use of c. 4sq.m of the permitted shop to off-license sales
