(1) previous change of use of part of an existing dwelling to use as general offices, (2) PERMISSION for a change of use of the remaining dwelling part of the existing dwelling to use as general offices and staff facilities and (3) PERMISSION to extend this existing building to provide additional offices and associated staff facilities and all associated site works

the extension of the operational lifespan of a solar pv development permitted by Tipperary County Council under Planning. Ref. 16600359 from 25 no. years as permitted (by reason of condition no. 3 of permission Planning Ref. 16600359) to 40 no. years
the replacement of a permitted single storey terminal electrical station and a separate single storey electrical switchroom (both previously permitted as part of a solar farm permission by Tipperary County Council under Reg. Ref. 16600359) with 1 no. single storey 20kV substation building on the site of the previously permitted terminal station; repositioning of a permitted storage container, and minor solar panel layout revision adjacent to the proposed substation; repositioning of entrance gate and security fencing at entrance to the solar farm field and provision of new gate in perimeter security fence adjacent to Ballynilard Stream
alterations to the previously permitted solar farm as follows: a) Replacement of a permitted single storey terminal electrical station and a separate single storey electrical switchroom (permitted as part of a solar farm permission by Tipperary County Council Reg. Ref. 16600359) with a single storey 20kV substation building on the site of the previously permitted terminal electrical station; repositioning of a permitted storage container, and minor solar panel layout revision adjacent to the proposed substation; repositioning of entrance gate and security fencing at entrance to the solar farm field; and provision of new gate in perimeter security fence adjacent to Ballynilard Stream; and b) Permission to increase the operational period of the solar farm from 25 years to 40 years
