PERMISSION for (a) the change of use of an element of the structures on site to provide residential 'over-the-farm shop' type accommodation for a single family on this commercial site; (b) further alterations to the structures on site to provide for two front facing, flat roof dormer windows, two front facing roof lights, three rear facing roof lights, raised site boundaries with adjoining detached bungalow and the omission of the existing (recently installed) NE facing first floor gable window and the reconstruction, on a much reduced footprint, of the pre existing single storey depot outlet which previously retailed dairy products to the poblic and would now operate as a family run farm shop selling organic produce; (c) the decommissioning of the existing septic tank on site and to provide a replacement EPA compliant waste water treatment system
