(1) Construct extensions to the rear, side and front of the existing indoor athletic track building on the site (2) Extend the site boundary (3) Decommission the existing septic tank & percolation area and connect the Council's Pumping Station in Ballygraigue (4) Demolish disused dwelling house to accommodate the modification of the existing single entrance to create two entrances (5) All associated material alterations to the existing building and all ancillary site works. The extensions will accommodate a new entrance reception area with a raised first floor area for viewing, a pole vault and shot putt area, a weight room with overhead meeting rooms, storage areas, ancillary office and disabled access toilet.
