upgrade works to the existing structure and site including: refurbishment of each elevation and the roof; removal of an existing banner sign located on the north facing rooftop (to the N7) & 2 No. banner signs on the rear (west) elevation; replacement of existing 'M' logo with new 'M' logo and 'McDonald's' roof signage on the north elevation; provision of new 'M' logo and 'McDonald's' roof signage to the south elevation; replacement of existing 'M' logo and 'McDonald's' roof signage with new 'M' logo and 'McDonald's' roof signage on the east elevation; replacement of existing 'M' logo with new 'M' logo on the west elevation; replacement of existing pole sign adjacent to the N7 roundabout with a new 'monument' sign (Sign Type 1); replacement of the existing entrance sign with a new entrance sign (Sign Type 2) and its relocation further into the site; removal of the existing banner sign located adjacent the existing drive-thru entrance; removal of 2 No. menu-board signs and the replacement of 2 No. existing signs within the drive-thru with 2 No. internally illuminated signs (Sign Type 3); and the provision of a new speaker box.
