a mixed use development of retail warehousing and office space consisting of 2 no. buildings on 0.8358 hectares as follows; building 1 (located to the north of the site) consists of 2513.46m2 of gross floor space over 3 No. floors with 4 No. retail warehousing units on the ground and first floor (1,934.77 m2) and 2 No. offices on the second floor (421.28m2). Building 2 (located on the south of the site) consists of 2,084.18m2 of gross floor space over 3 No. floors with 4 No. retail warehousing units on the ground and first floor (1,662.90m2) and 2 No. offices on the second floor (421.28m2). This application will also include 2 No. new site entrances, surface carparking, loading bay, bin bays, storage areas, attenuation tanks and all associated site works
