Minor alterations to the site layout plan and change of house type of 16 houses in the proposed development of 79 houses, 11 apartments, 1 creche, car parking and ancillary site development, approved under planning reference 03/51/0379, to provide 4 additional houses (total 83 houses, 11 apartments and 1 creche)
to insert 4 No. velux roof light windows into the roof of dwelling - to insert 2 no. velux roof light windows into the roof of the front facade and 2 no. velux windows into the roof of the rear facade, in order to accommodate the conversion of the existing atttic space of dwelling into living accommodation together with all associated site works.
