413 dwellings consisting of 72 no.two bedroom, 171 no.three bedroom,10 no. four bedroomed terraced and semi-detached houses, 80 no.two bedroom and 80 no. three bedroom duplex units all in a 2/3 storey development including all associated site development works with vehicular access from Bryanstown Cross Route via previously approved scheme Plan Reg No. 01/217 (Drogheda Borough Council)and a proposed distributor road linking this Cross Route to Bryanstown Lane. The development includes a two storey creche with medical centre and a reserved site for a local centre. Also proposed is the construction of a 10m by 10m borehole protection compound including the laying of water main pipework and connections to existing Meath County Council and Drogheda Borough Council water infrastructure on a 13.45 Hectare site with revised plans and an Environmental Impact Statement has been submitted to Meath County Council in response to further information request. The revised proposal comprises the establishment of 417 residential units(comprising 238 terraced housing and 179 duplex/apartments) a creche, a new local distributor road, a borehole protection compound and associated infrastructural and landscaping works at the site. The proposed development is the final phase of a two phase proposal to develop the site and the land adjoining the site to the north. The medical centre and local centre reservation originally proposed in the application have been omitted from the revised proposal. A combined pedestrian and cycle route has been provided through the centre of the site adjoining the proposed distributor road.
