the proposed modifications relate to 6No. blocks (duplexes) and will consist of the following: Modifications to Blocks 1 & 5 plans to have 4No. 1 and 2 bed apartments on ground floor and 4No. 3-bed duplexes on the first & second floors of each block. (16 units), Modifications to Blocks 2, 3 & 4 plans to have 6No. 1 and 2 bed apartments on ground floor and 6No. 3-bed duplexes on the first & second floors of each block. (36 units), Modifications to Blocks 6 plans to have 4No. 1 and 2 bed apartments and 2No. duplexes on the ground floor and 4No. duplexes on the first & second floors of each block. (10 units). The density and number of units of the proposed modifications remain the same as the previously granted application. The modified 62No. residential units will comprise 21No. oneĀ bed units, 9No. two-bed units, and 32No. three-bed (Duplex) units.
