The proposed development consists of 76 no. dwellings, comprised of 42 no. 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and duplex units, accommodated in 4 no. 2-3 storey buildings, and 34 no. 2, 3 and 4 bedroom, 2 & 3 storey, terraced, semi-detached and detached houses.
