completion of partially constructed 16 no. two storey dwellings consisting of (i) 6 no. three-bedroom, semi-detached dwellings (with optional attic conversions); (ii) 2 no. four-bedroom, semi-detached dwellings; and (iii) 8 no. four-bedroom detached dwellings dwellings (with optional attic conversions) at Site Nos 37-48, 51-52 & 87-88 Cois na Mara (previously approved under Reg. Ref. SA/120620). The development also includes services, landscaped public open space; foul and surface water drainage; site development works; ESB substation; traffic calming measures; bicycle lanes and pedestrian crossings; footpaths; boundary treatments; and street lighting. The development also includes for the connection of all services including water, sewage, drainage and roads to those granted under Reg. Ref. SA/802128 and SA/120620.
