This application also proposes the demolition of the existing 2 storey dwelling (total gross floor area c.235sq.m) located to the Northwest of Killeen Castle Estate, a protected structure and erection of a new stand alone golf clubhouse comprising of a single storey structure over part basement with a total gross floor area of c.2,895 sq.m. to the west of Killen Abbey.
