Permission for a development comprising a supermarket incorporating an off-licence (1,640m² gross floor area), five retail / service units (total gross floor area 690m²) & a crèche (206m²) & associated car parking, signage (67.5m²) service areas, landscaping, boundary treatment & site development works.
