Apartment building A comprises 11 no. units (3 no 1 bed and 8 no. 2 bed), Apartment building B comprises 12 no. units ( 3no. 1 bed and 9no. 2 bed) Apartment building C comprises 15 no. units ( 3 no. 1 bed and 12 no. 2 bed ) and Apartment Building D Comprises 6 no. 2 bed units. The proposal also includes open space areas incliuding roof gardens and balconies on all apartment buildings, an underground car park at apartment building A and B ( 39 spaces).
