10 year permission - for a mixed use development comprising a total of 527 no. dwellings (terraces, semi detached, duplex and apartments) and a civic/commerical neighbourhood centre of c5823sqm. Building heights in the development range between two, three and four storeys. The residential units consist of 96 no. 4 bed semi detached dwellings; 187 no. terraced dwellings (25 no. four bed, 112 no. three bed, 50 no. two bed), 149 no. duplex apartments (62 no. three bed, 87 no. two bed) 95 no. apartments (6 no. 3 bed, 89 no. 2 bed) some units include solar panels as optional. Some units are located above ground floor retail / commerical uses in the neighbourhood centre.
