(A) retention of alterations as constructed to the recently permitted workshop type structure previously granted Full Planning Permission under Planning Reference No. PL14/41, consisting of (i) internal office space on ground floor level with storage space at first floor level and (ii) extension to the side elevation for use as storage space. (B) The retention of the relocation of a commercial building which was previously granted full planning permission under Planning Ref. No. PL12/274. (C) Full Planning Permission for the proposed construction of a concrete yard together with the proposed erection of a palisade perimeter fence and all ancillary works. Full Planning Permission for (A) the Retention of existing commercial building as currently constructed and which was previously granted Full Planning Permission under Planning Ref.
