Extension of Duration of PL10/125 - Permission for proposed development comprising extension of existing Mill Building Facility with the provision of the following elements to the rear of the main Mill Building. Proposed Raw Products Blending/Batching Building. Proposed Bag Store/Bagging Building. Proposed Bulk Out loading Building and Weighbridge Facility. Proposed Bunded Bulk Liquids Storage Platform, re-location of existing storage tanks and ancillary works. External Loading/Vehicle Marshalling areas. Augmentation works to existing Bag Store and construction of necessary works to enclose conveying plant from main Mill Building. Raw product and processed product storage bins and tanks and ancillary works. Repositioning of existing overhead utility lines and ancillary works. The proposed works shall involve amendments to previously approved works granted under PL08/391 dated 7th November 2008 involving adjustments to road layout and amendments to storage building approved under said Permission. Planning permission is further sought for cutting and filling works to achieve desired formation levels for the works including the necessary importation of suitable fill material to achieve desired formation level, connection to adjoining utility services and ancillary site works
