(1) modifications to the residential development permitted under 06/4024 (An Bord Pleanala Ref: PL13.229516), and extended by Limerick City & County Council under planning ref. 18/7031 to provide for revised childcare (crèche) provision. the modifications include; (i) provision of one consolidated crèche facility building only, in lieu of providing two separate crèche buildings at two separate locations as permitted; (ii) revised design of that single building from that permitted; and (iii) modified site layout and ancillary site works to facilitate same; and (2) Planning Permission for construction of 21 number residential units and associated infrastructure on the area of the former crèche site, pursuant to the proposed modications set out under item (1) above and (3) all associated site works
