for the sub-division of existing site for the construction of a detached single storey bungalow with vehicular entrance to "The Elms" housing estate (temporary access and construction traffic through "The Bush Pub" car park), connection to public foul sewer, boundary walls and all associated site works
(a) permission to modify and amend the existing site layout arrangement of planning application reference 04/1583 - which includes the relocation of public open space, car parking (off site and on site), bin storage, bicycle storage etc. to allow for the redevelopment of the site. (b) permission for new commercial vehicle entrance to replace the existing entrance arrangement. (c) permission for the construction of 2 no. single storey semi-detached bungalows, connection to public foul sewer and all associated site works. (d) partial demolition of existing storage shed. (e) permission to construct a two storey side extension to existing two storey commercial unit (which comprises of a ground floor shop unit, public bar and lounge, two storey residential house and 3 no. apartments at first floor). The extension will replace an existing uncovered external stairway to the first floor apartments with a covered stairwell. All of the above works to include all associated site works to accommodate the development as described
(a) Permission for the change of use of existing ground floor retail unit to 2 No. apartments (1 No. one bedroom and 1 No. two bedroom). Permission to amend the ground floor front window façade to accommodate the development. Permission for new external side entrance door and window in existing eastern gable end at ground floor level to accommodate the development. Ground floor façade amendments are also required for existing rear façade to accommodate the development. (b) Permission for the construction of an external staircase side extension over existing exposed external staircase. (c) Permission to modify and amend the existing site layout arrangement of planning application Ref. 04/1583 which includes the relocation of public open space, car parking, bin storage, bicycle storage etc. to allow for the re-development of the site. It is proposed to provide a new building for bicycle and bin storage. (d) Permission to remove existing front boundary wall and replace wall with new vehicular entrance to the car park and all associated site works
