The development will consist of a Multi Sports Complex including a 3 storey sports centre building (with 2 no. Multi Purpose Rooms, changing rooms, shop, club rooms, committee rooms, fitness suite, dance studios, sitting areas, viewing galleries, general administrative rooms, 460 no. person covered external seating area, storage and plant rooms) ; all weather running track with in field sports events area; cross country running track to perimeter of site ; I no. all weather hockey pitch ; 2 no. all weather soccer pitches ; 3 no. grass soccer pitches ; floodlighting associated with the complex ; 2 no. 300 person covered spectator stands ; wastewater treatment system ; underground LPG storage tank ; 175 no car parking spaces and 5 no. coach parking spaces. The development includes the upgrade of the existing over bridge crossing the M7 and the provision of a new pedestrian bridge. The development also includes landscaping and all ancillary site works.
