amendments to previously granted planning application for residential development (Reg. Ref. 15/972). The proposed amendments to the granted planning consist of the following: (1) Increase in the overall number of houses on the site to 15 No. x 4 bedroom houses, (an increase of 5 houses). (2) Revised site layout to accommodate additional houses. (3) Reduction in number of house types to 3 No. types (from 5 No. types originally). (4) Revisions to the proposed house type designs. The main entrance to the site remains as per the granted application. The proposed application includes for an individual foul treatment system to each house, surface water treatment within the overall site and all associated and ancillary site and ground works. Revised by significant further information consisting of; site layout has changed significantly and the open space area has been reduced
