Development will consist of permission for the permanent subdivision of an existing two room and bathroom extension from the main dwelling and to amend the requirements in Condition 3 of Planning Application 21/855 to remove conditions : 1 That the existing dwelling and the proposed extension shall be jointly occupied as a single housing unit. 2. That the extension shall not be subdivided from the remainder of the dwelling. 3. The extension shall not be let as a separate dwelling .
