1. Proposed Grain Storage facility, in the form of a secure yard of approx. 6,040 sq.m. together with associated lighting. 2. Proposed 2.4m high concrete dividing wall located in the centre of the yard. 3. Proposed 1.8m high boundary fencing surrounding yard together with access gate. 4. Proposed New 7.5m wide access roadway approx. 110 metres long, coming off existing estate road, serving the proposed development, with proposed new gate at north-eastern end of access road. 5. Items 1 to 4 inclusive to be in lieu of Blocks D, E, H, I, K & L and associated access roads granted under Pl Reg. No. 03/300045. 6. Connection to all public services together with all necessary ancillary works to facilitate this development.
