Extension of duration construction of a two-storey house, double garage, entrance, well, an effluent treatment system and all associated works and relocation of existing septic tank and effluent treatment system.
a mixed use development consisting of: 1. Demolition of the existing petrol service building, shop, attached residence and shed for commercial use to rear. Removal of existing signage, gates to rear, underground tanks and all other existing ancillary site elements to prepare the site for new development. 2.
