The proposed development incorporates a landscaping works to adjoining lands zoned open space and amenity, boundary walls and fences, vehicular parking and all necessary roads, footpaths, surface water, foul water and potable water infrastructural works to connect the 2 no. dwellings to the existing mains services and public roads together with all associated site and development works (fronting on to Castlepark View & Castlepark Avenue)
