to construct a two storey house, separate double garage, secondary sewage treatment plant and all ancillary site works. Access to the site will be from an extension to an existing driveway serving Denis’s parents’ house. All of the above on our site
(1) Upgrade my existing farm entrance to modern day safety standards as detailed on drawing No. E3639-5, Commercial-Agricultural Entrance, as published by the Roads Department of Kildare County Council. (2) To carry out realignment works to the existing fence line on the north side of the proposed upgraded entrance for the purpose of attaining safe sightlines as required by the Roads Department of Kildare County Council. The above upgrading and improvement works are to be carried out to facilitate the safe operation of modern day machinery while entering and exiting our farm
(1) Construct a two-storey house. (2) Separate double garage. (3) Secondary sewage treatment plant. (4) All ancillary site works. Access to our site from the public road will be from a recently granted upgraded entrance Ref. No. 19/154 servicing my parents' house and their farm. Our driveway will be over the road serving the family farm with a new driveway laid down from the top of the roadway to access our site. All of the above on our site
