The development will consist of Proposed mixed use development, comprising a 5080 sq m Convenience Retail Supermarket Building (including an Off Licence of 400 sq m), incorporating a predominantly single storey supermarket onto the new public plaza, together with First and Second Floor administration/ office space, over a separate independent Ground Floor Retail unit (424 sq m ) fronting onto the Limerick Road, an ATM, a two story 8 Screen Cinema Building of 4851 sq m, with external cinema screen facing onto plaza, Service Areas with two ESB substations, and a 195 sq m Café Pavilion, all over a single basement car park, incorporating access/egress ramps, and provision for 365 no. car park spaces (including 16 no at plaza level ) and 139 no. bicycle spaces, together with provision of services and plant at basement level and roof level, all associated site works, hard and soft landscaping, water attenuation swales, boundary treatments, building signage locations/zones, 2 no development signage towers, and the demolition of all existing buildings on the site.
The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the planning authority during its public opening hours and a submission or observation in relation to the application may be made to the authority in writing on payment of the prescribed fee within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application
