Is sought to amend the design granted under 09-1197, consisting of the following internal changes: increase number of residents from 67 residents to 79 residents allowing an additional 11 bedrooms, bringing the total to 78 with associated, en-suite, ancillary services, minor internal modifications, elevations changes to include an additional 3 window to North Elevation, 3 additional windows to south elevation, 3 windows to the West Elevation, the above amendments to be accommodated within the existing footprint granted under 09/1197 with no additional floor area
(a) the change of use of ancillary day space areas to additional bedroom space, to include the provision of 8 additional residents within 6 single en-suite bedrooms and 1 double en-suite bedroom.
