Change of use of first floor area (93.5 sq.m) from residential to office use. The development for which planning permission is sought will consist of: Change of use of vacant ground floor area (92.94 sq.m; former residential and guesthouse use) to residential, along with internal and external alterations. Change of use of single story structure to the rear (including single story extensions to be retained) to residential use, along with associated internal and external alterations.
