Merlin Park University Hospital Old Dublin Road Merlin Park Lane
Planning permission is sought for the development of lands (c. 1.8HA) within the grounds of Merlin Park University Hospital. The Proposed development will comprise of a two storey, part single storey Community Nursing Unit/ residential care unit (c. 5,100sqm total Gross Floor Area (GFA)).
