Extension to a building: the development will consist of an extension to the existing hospital to provide two new Orthopaedic Theatres, recovery bays and support accommodation linked back to the existing hospital via a link corridor. Over part of the ground floor an enclosed plant room is provided and a separate generator and gas store are located externally.
