Permission (1) To change the use of part of the previously approved ground floor area from use for wholesale purposes and other approved uses to use as a "product display and training area" with adjoining product sampling area for use in relation to the wholesale storage of wine and coffee with associated retail use, (Previous planning permissions are 1169/03 and 05/44). (2) Permission is also sought to provide a mezzanine/intermediate floor not exceeding 100m2 in area between the permitted ground floor and first floor. This area is proposed to be utilised for wholesale storage. (3) Permission is sought for retention of minor elevational changes to South West elevation

Permission for develoment to consist of a change of use to the upper floor from showroom use to office use. The proposal also includes the retention of a mezzanine floor of 199sq.m for showroom/storage use installed at 2.9m height within the units ground floor level. The proposal is to include all amendments to external signage.
