Wellpark Commercial Centre on lands between Dublin Road and Monivea Road
Permission for development of amendment to previous planning approval Ref. No. 322/04 to sub-divide approved retail unit into 2 No. retail units (740sq.m. and 352sq.m.) including change of use of previously approved kitchen to retail use(111sq.m.) the bigger unit being for convenience use; Change of use of remainder of approved retail unit to 1 No. restaurant of (277sq.m.); plus attendant minor alterations to elevations on site
