Permission for the development of 2 No. special needs unit extensions to the primary and post-primary school buildings permitted under planning reg. ref. 11/256. Each extension will be a single-storey unit containing 2 no. main classrooms together with ancillary teaching spaces and staff and student facilities, and will have direct access to its own dedicated Special Needs unit garden. The development will require minor amendments to the layout permitted under planning reg. ref. 11/256.
Permission for development for the retention of variations to the dwelling as constructed from that previously approved under planning reference 368/01. The variations include alterations to the front bay window and continuation of same to first floor level ; decrease in ridge height ; alterations to footprint from that previously approved ; omission of chimney ; alterations to fenestration on front and rear ; inclusion of additional windows to side of dwelling
