The development includes the erection of 1 no. internally illuminated totem sign at the eastern edge of the site at the LS397 Baile Eamoinn, 5 no. store signs at southern, western and eastern elevations and a low level sign north of the junction of the R336 Barr Na gCurragh and Baile Eamoinn (c. 23.6 sqm signage area in total). The proposed development includes 123 no. car parking spaces (including 17 no. as previously permitted under Reg. Ref.: 21/2211) with 4 no. EV spaces, 5 no. accessible spaces and 9 no. parent and child spaces, with 16 no. bicycle parking spaces within the car parking area adjacent to the store. Vehicular and pedestrian
