THE REPLACEMENT GARAGE, WHICH WILL BE ADAPTED TO INCLUDE LIVING ACCOMMODATION USED AS ACCOMMODATION DURING THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE ASSOCIATED REPLACEMENT DWELLING (REPLACEMENT DWELLING PREVIOUSLY PERMITTED UNDER PLANNING REF.
