The development will consist of the improvement and upgrading of the existing public landing Jetty by replacing the damaged and deteriorating walkway with a slip resistant decking material and repairing the canal bank along the length of the Jetty to prevent future erosion and undercutting of the bank. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared for the project and submitted with the application.
