Phase 2 of the New Sports Campus. The planning application relates to the a second phase of a previously permitted sports pitches development (permitted under PL. Ref 15/324):- This planning application therefore relates to 1) new pavilion building (1,241 sq.m), maintenance building (300 sq.m) with yard enclosure, ESB substation/switch room (28 sq.m), 2) 400 m 8 lane synthetic running track, long jump and track enclosure, 30m long synthetic cricket area, 3) new boundary wall along the western boundary where the site fronts the public road, 4) The drilling of well(s) on site with ancillary irrigation tank for irrigation of the pitches, 5) lighting to walking track permitted under PL Ref. 15/324, 6) minor revisions and adjustments to site layout and parking layout to include 6 no. additional car parking spaces to permitted car park permitted under PL. Ref. 15/324 and the addition of 104 no. carpark spaces to service the now proposed pavilion building and all ancillary services/associated landscaping works
