Development Description: Permission for: i. A 342.61 sqm. extension to the west elevation of the existing building with a maximum height of 4.44m, for storing pallets. ii. 22 no. car parking spaces (including 5 no. electric vehicle charging points). iii. Lighting and all ancillary site development works. Retention for: i. An additional 505.1 sqm. gross floor area added to the main building which was granted planning permission under planning ref: 96/1777 and 98/1181. The additional footprint includes a canteen, workshop area, process area and loading bay. ii. Alterations to the elevations of the main building as permitted under Planning ref: 98/1181 arising from the additional footprint.
